Our User Centered Methodology underpins the entire IBSA design and implementation process with user-centred activities, in order to create solutions which are easy to use, have stakeholder buyin and are of added value to the user.

Based on our extensive experience we would suggest that many project failures can be attributed to problems in defining requirements. One of the greatest advantages of our process is that it delivers requirements which are correct and accepted.

The IBSA difference: We have integrated UX into our design and implementation processes including our Agile delivery methodology. We have also refined our UX processes for specific technologies such as SharePoint and Content Management. Most importantly, as an implementor, we ensure that the design resulting from the requirements is not only user-friendly, it is practial to implement.
